To manage the large number of Merger & Acquisition (M&A) transactions (ongoing and future), a central M&A People team has been formed within People, Governance and Communications (PGC) to lead and deliver M&A transactions. The central team will ensure consistency of PGC approach to transactions, facilitate governance and approvals, change & risk management and deliver projects including due diligence and overall programme management of delivery including resourcing for a project. The role holder will also be accountable to build M&A capability.
