Salary: Up to £34,000 FTE | Location: Remote

We are seeking to appoint a People Data and Management Information (MI) Analyst to join our People Team on a full-time, permanent basis. This pivotal role is responsible for transforming People-related data into meaningful insights that inform strategic decision‑making. The successful candidate will design and maintain dashboards, analyse workforce trends, and ensure data accuracy across our People and business systems. Additionally, they will play a key role in preparing workforce FTE forecasts to support effective workforce planning and the resourcing of our nursery settings.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Collect, manage, and analyse People data from HRIS, recruitment, performance, and more.
  • Forecast FTE needs based on nursery occupancy to support workforce planning.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems.
  • Collaborate with People Partners, L&D, Compliance, and senior leaders to align reporting with business goals.
  • Translate data into compelling stories and recommendations that drive operational excellence.

You’re a data enthusiast with a sharp eye for detail and skilled in storytelling through numbers.
