A leading retail brand in London is seeking a People Data Analyst to manage People metrics, provide insights and support the People Team. The ideal candidate will have advanced Excel skills, at least 2 years of analytical experience, and a keen attention to detail. Reporting To: Head of People Operations and Reward
As the People Data & Reward Analyst you’ll play a key role within the People Team managing the planning, implementation and ongoing support of People metrics, to deliver high quality and accurate People data. You’ll provide insights and analytical commentary to identify themes and trends, support the People Team in making the most of available data and be responsible for on‑going improvements.
You’re a natural problem solver, who is highly analytical, organised and able to work independently to effectively manage and prioritise a varied workload to meet deadlines.
