A global entertainment company is seeking a Senior People & Culture Partner for Retail in the UK. This role will play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience across various locations. Responsibilities include advising Retail leadership, managing employee relations, and implementing strategic people solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive HR experience within retail and a CIPD Level 7 qualification.
As the Senior People & Culture Partner for Retail, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience across Warner Bros. Studio Tour London - The Making of Harry Potter and associated UK retail locations. This strategic and hands-on position supports our retail outlets, warehouse operations, and e-commerce, buying & design, and merchandising teams. You'll work closely with Retail leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful people strategies, drive cultural initiatives, and ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
Hybrid Working: This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
