Job summary

Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust seeks an Associate People & Culture Partner to support the Senior People & Culture Partner for the North Middlesex Health Unit. You will provide HR support across resourcing, employee relations, terms and conditions, and organisational change.

This fixed-term 12-month role involves cross-site collaboration with HR colleagues on projects, policy harmonisation, and staff engagement, within a multi-unionised environment.

Qualifications

• Degree-level education or equivalent.
• CIPD or equivalent level qualification.
• Employee relations experience in a complex, multidisciplinary and culturally diverse organisation.
• In-depth knowledge of employment legislation and the risks of non-compliance.
• Experience supporting organisational change, including TUPE.
• Experience of working in a multi-unionised environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR support to two divisions on resourcing, organisational change, employee relations and terms and conditions.
• Support forward planning, modernisation and performance of the workforce.
• Deliver a high-quality, client-focused HR service across the North Middlesex Health Unit.
• Work with HR colleagues across all main hospital sites on projects.
• Support staff engagement initiatives.
• Support organisational design and consultation.
• Support policy and process harmonisation.
