Job summary

Compassion UK is seeking a People & Culture Generalist to join our HR team on a maternity cover basis. This role spans the employee lifecycle, offering guidance to colleagues, coordinating People & Culture activities, and supporting recruitment, employee relations, engagement and learning.

Based at Compassion House in Fleet, Hampshire, the role is full-time (35 hours per week) with a salary of £30,040 per annum, contributing to a positive, Christ-centred workplace where employees can

This is a varied opportunity to work across the employee lifecycle, helping to create a positive and engaging workplace where colleagues can thrive. You’ll provide guidance to employees, coordinate People & Culture activities, maintain accurate employee information, and support areas including recruitment, employee relations, engagement, learning and people projects.

Working alongside our People & Culture Business Partner and wider team, you’ll help translate organisational priorities into practical people solutions while delivering a professional, responsive and people-focused service.
