We’re looking for a People & Culture Coordinator to join our friendly and supportive team at De Vere Grand Connaught Rooms. This is a part-time role (20 hours per week), and we’re happy to be flexible on how those hours are worked across the week.
As a People & Culture Coordinator, you’ll play an important role in supporting the day-to-day running of the People & Culture function - from recruitment and onboarding to colleague engagement and HR administration. You’ll work closely with the onsite leadership team as well as the People & Culture Manager to ensure every team member feels valued, supported, and inspired to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
You will also have the opportunity to attend our quarterly People & Culture team meetings with the opportunity to work on projects to enhance our colleagues' experience at De Vere.
In return this role offers, a salary of £30,000 per annum (FTE) along with excellent benefits including complimentary meals on duty, an annual two-night stay with dinner at a De Vere hotel, additional staff stays for just £50, and a paid day off for your birthday. You’ll also have access to a range of learning, development, and wellbeing initiatives designed to support your growth and success within De Vere.
