You’ll ideally have:
Experience of Kronos or a similar time-and-attendance system would be a significant advantage. A CIPD Level 3 qualification, or progress towards one, would also be beneficial.
The role will initially be fully site-based while you learn the operation, systems and stakeholders.
Some hybrid flexibility may become possible once you are fully established in the position, subject to the needs of the site.
If you’re looking for an opportunity to take ownership, build broader HR experience and create practical improvements in a busy operational environment, join us and grow with Greencore.
Throughout your time at Greencore, you’ll be supported with on-the-job training and development opportunities to further your career.
