This key role is essential in supporting our consultants, ensuring smooth operations, and helping us deliver outstanding staffing solutions to our clients in the driving sector.

People Coordinator Bristol

Salary: £27,000 per year | Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 – 17:00

Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of recruitment processes from start to finish, helping candidates and clients connect.
  • Support transport planning and bookings to keep everything running smoothly.
  • Create eye‑catching job adverts and run campaigns across social media and job boards to attract top talent.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates ready to meet client needs.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, providing tailored staffing solutions.
  • Assist with payroll, invoicing, and shift coordination.
To Be Successful
  • Experience in administration, recruitment, or sales.
