  • Serve as the first point of contact for routine employee enquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and administrative processes
  • Drive continuous improvement of people processes, policies, and systems to ensure efficiency and scalability
  • Be a culture champion; attending the office regularly to co-ordinate engagement activity for both in-person and remote global audiences
  • Coordinate and manage employee recognition programs to celebrate achievements and milestones, ensuring consistent and equitable recognition of individual and team accomplishments
  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts, working closely with HR and internal DEI teams/committee to develop and implement programmes that foster a diverse, equitable, and inclusive work environment
  • Work with the Global People team to identify trends in employee engagement and performance, and develop actionable insights to drive employee satisfaction and retention across the Global Shopping team

  • Good knowledge of HR best practices, UK employment law and people management tools
  • Experience and enthusiasm for driving engagement in a hybrid/global environment
  • Experience using and leveraging an HRIS
  • Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Regular attendance in the London office (min. two days per week)
Benefits
  • Pension, with employer contributions up to 8%
  • Subsidised gym membership
  • Private medical insurance
  • Employee Assistance Programme
  • Free lunch from JustEat for Business each day you’re in the office
  • Regular social events
  • 16 hours volunteering time per year along with donation matching
