We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner specialising in Change, or a Change & Transformation Lead/Consultant, to drive a significant organisational transformation programme. This role will lead the design and delivery of people-centric change initiatives, supporting our shift from traditional HR operating models toward a value stream-aligned, product-based operating model.

The programme is already underway with a focus on organisational design. The postholder will take forward this work and lead a broader restructure and change roadmap across the People function and wider business.

The role will initially be a 12 month fixed term contract with potential to extend further into 2027.

About the role

Lead, design and deliver the end-to-end people change programme, including organisational design, restructure and operating model shifts.

Guide the transition to a value stream model and product operating model, adopting more agile, modern ways of working.

Coach and develop the People team to embed new approaches, build capability and deliver change effectively.

Act as a trusted and credible partner to senior leaders, influencing and guiding them through significant organisational change.

Own and deliver the full change plan across the People function and wider organisation.

Drive our move toward a product operating model and value stream-aligned ways of working.

Lead organisational design work already in motion, ensuring strong governance, engagement and delivery outcomes.

Oversee and implement restructuring programmes, ensuring compliance, communication and people impacts are well-managed.

Matrix-manage and coach members of the People team to build capability in agile ways of working, product thinking and change delivery.

Foster a high-performance culture aligned to the future operating model.

Influence, challenge and partner senior stakeholders with authority and credibility.

Build strong relationships across the organisation to ensure alignment, adoption and sustainability of change.
