A leading organization in the UK is looking for a People Change Manager to support and implement people-focused change initiatives. You will engage with various stakeholders, design frameworks, and help facilitate workshops to ensure successful organizational change. AWE is currently recruiting for a People Change Manager to play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of people-focused change initiatives across the organisation.
RG7 4PR, located between Reading and Basingstoke, with free onsite parking. Plans to relocate role to Green Park (Reading) from December 2025.
From £46,950 to £70,000 (depending on your suitability, qualifications, and level of experience).

As the People Change Manager, you will work closely with the People Change Lead to help design and implement change frameworks, manage stakeholder engagement, and ensure that organisational change is delivered in a safe, legal, structured and inclusive way.
We are ideally seeking an individual with previous experience in delivering people change plans aligned to business strategy and conducting impact and stakeholder assessments. You will be familiar in facilitating workshops, training, and communications for change readiness and aligning change activities across HR, projects, and leadership.
You will need to have the ability to work calmly and constructively in a priority changing environment and be able to manage your own workload. You will also have initiative, enthusiasm, a flexible approach, and ability to work to tight deadlines.

Hybrid working is available for this role on an informal, non-contractual basis. Typically 3 days onsite per week.
