A global healthcare company is seeking a People Business Partner to support HR operations across the UK, France, Germany, Spain, and Italy. The role involves managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, and supporting people programs. The ideal candidate has at least 8 years of HR experience, a Bachelor's degree, and strong communication skills. Proficiency in English is required, with additional languages preferred.
(The role can be based in London UK but will support teams in the UK Germany France Spain and Italy)
We are looking for a highly capable and resourceful People Business Partner to support our EUAA (Europe & Canada) operations. This role will serve as a key on-the-ground People team presence managing People programs and employee relations across the region with a focus on the UK Germany France Spain and Italy as well as Canada.
This is a hands‑on role combining People Team site leadership, local employment compliance and employee lifecycle support. You’ll act as the first point of contact for employee matters delivering consistent People practices across offices and remote teams. You’ll also liaise with global People centers of excellence in areas like Learning & Development, Rewards, Talent Acquisition, People Operations and Employee Relations.
