Job summary

A pioneering health-tech company in Leeds is seeking a People Business Partner to align HR strategies with business objectives. The role involves partnering with leadership on workforce planning, resolving complex employee relations issues, and leveraging HR analytics. Ideal candidates will have progressive HR experience in tech or healthcare, a strong understanding of UK employment law, and exceptional interpersonal skills. Qualifications

The Opportunity

Radar Healthcare's new People Business Partner

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the People BP acts as a trusted advisor to business leaders, aligning people strategies with business objectives in a dynamic, mission-driven environment. You’ll partner with leadership, People Operations and Talent Acquisition to drive engagement, performance, and organisational effectiveness.

What you’ll be doing to make a difference
  • Partner with leadership on workforce planning, talent forecasting, and organisational development initiatives.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues in compliance with labour laws.
  • Support leadership in change management processes, including team restructures, communication planning, and role clarity.
  • Collaborate with People Operations on onboarding, offboarding, leaves of absence, and policy updates.
  • Partner with People Ops and Finance to ensure fair, competitive, and equitable compensation practices.
  • Leverage HR analytics to provide insights on turnover, engagement, hiring, and performance trends.
Your journey so far
  • Progressive HR experience, ideally in fast-paced tech, SaaS or healthcare.
  • Strong understanding of employment law, HR policies, and people processes in the UK and US; knowledge of the Middle East would be advantageous.
  • Proven ability to build trust with leadership and employees alike.
  • Experience managing or influencing DEI, engagement, and performance strategies.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-growth, mission-oriented environment.
