The People Business Partner will join a growing, 5-person HR/people team to serve our diverse global workforce of 180 people. This person will partner with managers and teams to drive a high-performance culture across the organization. The People Business Partner will focus on talent activation, employee performance, development, and engagement. They will leverage support from People Operations “centers of excellence” to cultivate an environment for high-performing teams. Compensation and payroll, benefits and total rewards, HRIS and other HR systems, and recruitment & selection (Other people on the team have primary responsibility for these areas, but as a small team, we’re all generalists and there is some overlap and a lot of collaboration!)
Extended periods of focused, seated computer work – approximately 8 hours a day.
