People Business Partner

Glasgow (Hybrid, circa 1-2 days on-site)
Salary up to £55000 DOE
We’re looking for a confident, impact-driven People Business Partner to lead high-stakes organisational change, major TUPE programmes and complex ER activity across a fast-paced, commercial environment.
This is a critical role at a pivotal moment: you’ll step straight into transformation work, partnering closely with leaders to shape and deliver people change that genuinely moves the business forward.
You’ll have the autonomy, visibility and influence to make a significant impact within a short timeframe, with scope for the role to extend or become permanent as transformation continues.
