A global training and enablement consultancy is seeking a People Business Partner to act as a trusted, inclusive partner to business leaders. This role bridges the gap between strategy and day-to-day experience, empowering managers to lead with empathy, navigate challenges, and foster environments where every individual can thrive.

We’re seeking someone who brings genuine passion to their work and channels that enthusiasm to inspire and motivate others. In this role, you will lead the embedding of significant organisational change, driving transformation in a way that is both impactful and inspirational.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with managers to enable inclusive leadership, wellbeing, and high performance
  • Work closely with leaders across the business, building strong relationships
  • Provide proactive, insight-led support across employee experience, engagement, and development
  • Translate strategic priorities into scalable, equitable people practices
  • Support change management and culture initiatives
Candidate Profile:
  • Substantial experience in business partnering and employee experience
  • Strong people skills, able to build strong relationships (and evidence of this) at both leadership level and more broadly across the business
  • Skilled at coaching managers and navigating complex people challenges
  • Strong communicator with a human-centred, improvement-driven mindset
  • Commercially aware and able to balance empathy with business outcomes
