A leading transport company is seeking a People Business Partner for a hybrid role covering Southeast and South-Central England. This role involves balancing employee relations, strategic support, and cross-functional projects. The ideal candidate should have CIPD Level 5 or equivalent, with experience in HR and a passion for fostering a thriving workplace culture. Benefits include a competitive salary of £55,000, enhanced parental leave, and a hybrid working model.
Hybrid role covering our Southeast and South-Central Regions. Regular travel between our branches in these regions is required. You can be based at either Scania Purfleet (RM19 1TB) or Scania Heathrow (TW19 7LY).
Southeast – Maidstone, Gatwick, South Mimms, Stansted and Purfleet.
South Central – Heathrow, Banbury, Abingdon, Swindon, Southampton and Fareham.
Starting salary: £55,000 + Company ECO car.
As a People Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the Scania culture allows people and customers to thrive. The role balances a complex employee relations caseload with strategic support to the regions you partner with and cross‑functional projects with People & Culture and other stakeholders.
