It’s a really exciting time in energy. Help us make a real impact on shaping a better, more sustainable future.

About the role

We’re looking for a People Business Partner to join our team in the UK and partner with leaders across Europe, APAC and the US. In this role, you’ll be a trusted advisor to managers and leaders, helping them build strong, high-performing teams, supporting growth and development, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality employee experience across multiple regions.

This is a strategic, hands-on, and highly collaborative role - perfect for someone who thrives on shaping the future of work in diverse geographies and cultures. You’ll work closely with our global PeopleOps team and local leaders to make sure our people feel supported, empowered, and connected - no matter where they are.

What you\'ll do
  • Enabling Our People: Partner with team managers to provide tools, resources, and guidance that help them lead confidently and effectively.
  • Support leaders and teams through performance conversations, career growth discussions, and sensitive situations, always with empathy and fairness.
  • Translate global career development and performance frameworks into local context and ensure they are actively adopted.
  • Leading Mobility and Cross-Team Movement: Ensure employees have seamless experiences when relocating, going on secondments, or moving between teams and countries.
  • Act as the go-to facilitator for mobility questions and cross-border coordination across Europe, and the US.
  • Driving People Strategy: Collaborate with global PeopleOps and regional leaders to prioritise and implement key initiatives.
  • Use data, insights, and employee feedback to inform decisions around performance, engagement, and team development.
  • Coaching and Organisational Design: Coach leaders through team changes, organisational planning, and leadership challenges.
  • Support mediation and conflict resolution, helping to build stronger, healthier teams.
  • Partner with L&D to identify learning opportunities based on trends observed in the field.
  • Championing Culture & Wellbeing: Monitor wellbeing, engagement, and team health across regions, taking action through managers and leaders where needed.
  • Promote inclusive, people-first practices that reflect local and global cultures and values.
  • Lead initiatives that foster belonging and bring our culture to life across remote and hybrid teams.
  • Jumping Into Strategic Projects: Contribute to global PeopleOps projects that enhance the business and employee experience.
  • Support integration efforts when new teams or businesses join us.
  • Represent our employer brand externally at people-focused events and partnerships.
