The Role
As a People Business Partner, you’ll be at the heart of our Mission Systems business, partnering with senior leaders to deliver our people strategy and drive transformation. This role is full time, 37 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with days in the office and days working from home.
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role. The successful candidate will be eligible to start on Standard (BPSS) security clearance but will need to obtain Security Check (SC) once in post.
