Job description

Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for employee relations and cultural transformation? We are recruiting on behalf of a respected organisation for a People Business Partner - Employee Relations to join their team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice on employee relations matters including conduct, capability, grievance, and disciplinary cases.
  • Support managers in resolving workplace issues through early intervention and informal resolution.
  • Lead on performance management processes and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
  • Use people data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Champion equality, diversity, and inclusion across all people practices.
What We Are Looking For
  • CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven ability in case management, including conduct, grievance, disciplinary, and attendance matters.
  • Experience in policy development and implementation.
  • Confident using HR systems and tools for data capture and case tracking.
  • Skilled in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
