Job summary

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive People team assistance and support across our client’s policies, procedures and processes.

As the department’s main point of contact for recruitment processes, you will coordinate all related activity. It would be advantageous for you to have experience of communicating with both internal and external stakeholders as you will coordinate responses to all internal and external mailbox queries, including the HR, Recruitment, and Absence inboxes.

You will coordinate the new starter process, ensuring all new starter templates, occupational health forms and initial induction documentation is up to date and fit for purpose.

You will be responsible for the maintenance of staff personnel files (electronic and historic paper files), to ensure they are accurate and compliant with GDPR.

To support the management of their departmental budget, you will raise requisitions / invoices, maintaining goods receipting, which you will track via their EBMS system and budget tracker, to ensure they are managing their departmental budget accordingly.

You will support Operational Managers with absence management records, by entering periods of absence onto their Oracle system.

Supporting the People Manager, you will coordinate various health checks tests for relevant employees.
