A leading charity recruitment agency is seeking a People and Policy Partner to enhance employee relations and drive policy initiatives. The ideal candidate will provide expert guidance and develop policies while ensuring compliance with employment legislation. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and experience in a generalist People role, with the commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion. The position is remote with occasional office meetings in London.
Location: Remote (ability to attend ad‑hoc meetings in the London office 1‑2 days per month)
Salary: £39,000 - £41,000 per annum dependant on experience
Contract: Maternity cover contract from January 2026 – November 2026

Reporting to the People Operations Manager, the People and Policy Partner will provide a solution‑focused, high‑quality People service across the organisation. You will be a trusted advisor to managers and staff on all aspects of People activity, supporting employee relations, policy development, and organisational change. This is a hands‑on, specialist role with responsibility for improving policies, processes, and employee experience.
