Location: Guinness Brewery in Covent Garden, London

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum

Working Pattern: 40 hours per week, predominantly Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities
  • Culture & Engagement: Lead strategies to develop culture on site, foster staff engagement, and create a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Talent Management: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, talent development, and retention strategies to attract and keep top talent.
  • Performance Management: Manage performance review processes, support managers in performance improvement plans, and provide guidance on staff development.
  • HR Operations: Ensure the efficient management of the HR lifecycle, from policy development and implementation to managing employee relations and benefits.
  • Workforce Planning: Advise on workforce planning and talent acquisition to meet current and future skill needs and strategic objectives.
  • Leadership Support: Provide advice, guidance, and insight to leadership on people and culture-related matters, facilitating organizational change management.
