This role offers broad scope and visibility across the business, with the opportunity to play a key role in shaping and delivering people, culture, and safety initiatives that drive engagement and success.

In this hands-on and varied generalist role, you’ll support the delivery of all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, wellbeing, and safety. You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to projects that enhance our people experience and organisational culture.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and coordinate end-to-end recruitment and onboarding across a variety of roles.
  • Partner with managers and supervisors to deliver fair, consistent, and values-aligned hiring outcomes.
  • Draft and post job advertisements, manage candidate pipelines, and oversee new starter documentation and inductions.
  • Administer probation and performance review processes, ensuring timely follow-up and completion.
  • Maintain accurate HR and WHS data, records, and reporting to support compliance and informed decision-making.
  • Assist with return-to-work documentation and safety administration requirements.
  • Support engagement, wellbeing, and recognition initiatives that strengthen culture and connection.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and HRIS implementation to enhance efficiency and employee experience.

  • A sound understanding of Fair Work, Modern Awards, and HR best practice.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an energetic, solutions-focused approach.
  • Familiarity with HR and WHS systems, data reporting, or incident management tools.
  • High attention to detail and discretion in managing confidential information.
