Qualifications

  • Degree in data analytics, statistics or a closely related field.
  • 2+ years experience as an analyst in a large, regulated organisation.
  • Experience conducting quantitative analysis and communicating insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem solving skills.
  • Strong Excel, SQL and Power BI skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Using fact-based insights, workforce analytics and data-driven recommendations to proactively advise HR Business Partners and business leaders.
  • Partner with Global, Regional and Country HR stakeholders across International Commercial to deliver scalable people analytics solutions that balance enterprise-wide priorities with local business needs.
  • Design, develop and maintain analytical products, dashboards and reporting solutions that improve accessibility, consistency and impact of workforce insights.
  • Identify and deliver automation opportunities across the People Analytics function, leveraging technology and process improvement techniques to reduce manual effort, improve data quality and increase team efficiency.
  • Translate complex analytical findings into clear, concise and compelling narratives for senior stakeholders, using data visualisation and storytelling techniques to drive understanding and action.
  • Support the development of a data-driven culture by enhancing analytical capability, promoting self-service insights and championing evidence-based decision-making across the organisation.
  • Apply advanced analytical techniques, including statistical analysis, predictive modelling and data science methodologies, to uncover trends, identify risks and generate prescriptive insights.

What You’ll Need To Succeed
