Northern is seeking a People Advisor to join the People team in Leeds or Newcastle. You will be the first point of contact for managers on Employee Relations matters, providing practical guidance on attendance, performance, and grievances.
You'll coach managers to handle cases fairly, use data to spot trends, stay updated on employment law, and build relationships across the business.

SALARY: £39,052 - £40,340 (FTE) /Grade: ML1:SB2
