Job summary

Nova Education Trust’s Central People Team invites applications for a permanent, full-time HR advisor role based in Nottingham. You will deliver a responsive, high-quality, person-centred service to our 17 academies and their staff.

You will be the trusted first point of contact for day-to-day people queries, offering practical guidance on employment practices and Trust policies while upholding safeguarding standards and DBS checks as required.

Serving as the approachable, trusted first point of contact for day-to-day people queries, you will guide and empower leaders and colleagues with clear, practical advice on employment practices and Trust policies.
