SF Recruitment are exclusively supporting our client for a proactive and approachable People Advisor to provide trusted HR guidance and support across our site. This is a hands‑on, varied generalist role supporting managers and employees on all aspects of the people experience, from employee relations and recruitment to wellbeing and engagement initiatives. You'll play a key part in creating a positive, compliant and people‑first workplace culture.

What You'll Be Doing :
  • People Services & Advisory - Act as the first point of contact for all generalist HR queries, offering solution‑focused advice aligned with employment law and best practice
  • Recruitment & Selection - Support managers through the full recruitment process
  • Employee Relations - Advise on performance, conduct, absence and other ER matters, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes & Coach managers in effective people management and conflict resolution
  • HR Systems & Reporting - Act as a superuser, maintaining accurate records across the employee lifecycle & produce people data and KPI reports to support decision‑making & work closely with Payroll to ensure seamless HR and pay processes.
