Employee Relations Advisor/ Human Resources Advisor - Permanent

Hybrid - 2x days a week onsite in Luton (LU4 9TT)
Full Time, 40 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Our Employee Relations Advisors operate as a helpful 'hub' of employee relations support for the Ocado Logistics management team. They support a team of approximately 400 managers across the business, taking ownership of ER cases, including high-level disciplinaries, appeals, grievances, short-term and long-term sickness, data reporting and more.

Am I the right fit?

To be successful in this role, you will need previous ER experience gained within a fast-paced, high-volume environment, combined with:

• Up to date knowledge of UK employment law
• A highly organised approach with the ability to prioritise and multitask when dealing with volume cases.
• The ability to keep accurate records of all actions and documentation relating to cases being managed through to conclusion. Including being present in some meetings and taking notes.
• The passion to embrace initiatives that improve performance, attendance, retention and the overall employee experience
• CIPD qualifications, desirable
