A leading educational trust is seeking a People Advisor to assist in managing employee relations across multiple schools. This role focuses on ensuring fair case management related to employee matters, safeguarding concerns, and the well-being of both students and staff. The position is primarily remote, requiring occasional visits to schools and one office day monthly. The successful candidate will build relationships with key stakeholders and ensure accurate documentation and adherence to Trust policies.

You'll be paid a pro‑rated salary of £27,044‑£31,270 per year, depending on hours, which can be negotiated to be between 32‑37 per week. You'll benefit from c.11 weeks of school holidays off each year.

By supporting our schools in managing people matters, you'll play a direct role in keeping both students and colleagues safe and ensuring our schools thrive.
As a People Advisor, you will support an experienced People Partner (HRBP) in delivering consistent, fair, and effective management of employee casework across 12‑17 schools. Your work will span all aspects of people‑related case management – from disciplinary and grievance through to attendance and performance. A critical part of the role is ensuring that cases relating to safeguarding are handled thoroughly, appropriately, and in line with our duty to protect both students and employees.
This role is mainly remote, with visits to your allocated schools as needed, and one monthly office day with the People Advisory team.
