You will work with People Business Partners to provide high-quality advice and coaching to managers and colleagues. The ideal candidate will have strong HR knowledge, excellent communication skills, and experience with HR systems. we are looking for a pro active, professional, confident People Adviser to join our the People team at RBH.
As our People Advisor you will work closely with the People Business Partners and the wider People team including Payroll and Pensions, Recruitment and Learning and Organisational Development providing efficient, reliable and high-quality people advisory service to People Managers and Colleagues across RBH. This will include attending a range of face-to-face meetings, to support both formal and informal intervention, providing robust advice and coaching to people managers in relation to people related policies, best practise and relevant employment legislation and case law and providing advice to colleagues.
