About the Role

As a People Adviser, you’ll provide expert guidance on HR matters, advise managers on best practice, and support recruitment, absence, and performance management. You’ll help maintain accurate HR records, assist with employee relations cases, and contribute to a positive, inclusive working environment.

About You

You will be an experienced HR professional, ideally CIPD qualified, with strong organisational and communication skills, up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice, a commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion, and confidence in supporting managers and working with HR systems.
