You'll be the go-to person for queries, ensuring everything from onboarding to offboarding happens like clockwork. Your day-to-day will include preparing starter and leaver documentation, updating HR systems, and making sure data is accurate and GDPR-compliant. You'll support managers and employees with timely answers, liaise with payroll and benefits teams, and spot opportunities to make our processes even better.
