A leading healthcare organization is seeking a People Admin & Payroll Lead to enhance HR operations and oversee payroll processes. This hybrid role based in the South of England involves coordinating onboarding, managing employee lifecycle changes, and ensuring compliance. We are looking for a People Admin & Payroll Lead to oversee day‑to‑day operations and coordinate the work of two Administrators responsible for onboarding, employee lifecycle changes, and payroll preparation. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to take the next step in their HR career. Previous team management experience is not essential if you are a senior HR Administrator or Payroll Coordinator looking for your first leadership role, we’d love to hear from you. You’ll work closely with our People Analytics & Operations Manager to embed strong processes, maintain compliance, and drive continuous improvement.
Location: Hybrid South of England (1 day a week in the office).
Salary: £38,000–£42,000 per year (depending on experience).
