Additionally, you will foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment, providing guidance and support to team members to facilitate their professional growth.   • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies
  • Respond to complex inquiries and provide expert advice on pension benefits to clients and team members
  • Handle escalated issues and resolve discrepancies in benefits processing
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve overall service delivery and efficiency
