Qualifications
Experience delivering administration services to Defined Benefit pension schemes.
Proven expertise in bulk projects such as GMP, data rectification, or de-risking.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and monitor pension administration projects.
Perform and peer review data analysis and validation.
Monitor team performance and ensure timely project delivery.
Prepare regular project status reports, highlighting risks and issues.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and stay updated on pension legislation.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
Identify process improvements and implement best practices.
Provide training and support to team members and clients.
