A leading pensions consultancy is seeking a dedicated Pensions Project Manager to manage complex client projects across the UK. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management and pensions administration, with strong communication and leadership skills. This role offers a hybrid working model, requiring 2-3 days per week in the office, and allows for substantial professional development opportunities.

We are seeking a dedicated Pensions Project Manager with extensive experience in the pensions industry, a proven track record in project management and successful project delivery to join our growing Pensions Project Management Team.
The Pensions Project Management Team is part of the Actuarial & Consulting service line. However, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing high profile client projects autonomously across all Isio\'s service lines and offices nationwide. The Team works particularly closely with Isio\'s Pension Administration business and Operational Solutions Teams on data related projects, GMP projects and insurance projects (for example, buy-in and buy-outs). Occasionally there could also be the opportunity to be involved in key strategic internal projects for Isio\'s leadership.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to take the lead on a variety of complex client-facing projects, often bespoke in nature, whilst developing your skills as a consultant and trusted advisor.

Whilst the team is currently split across London and Birmingham, we can offer a range of locations for you to choose from - we have Isio offices in Belfast, Birmingham, Bristol, Croydon, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds, London, Manchester and Reading.
We work on a hybrid basis, offering the opportunity for colleagues to split their working time between working in the office and at home. There is an expectation of 2-3 days per week in your chosen office.
