Job summary

Service Care Legal is working with a leading UK law firm to recruit a Pensions Associate (1–3 PQE). You will advise trustees, employers and pension scheme providers across governance, benefits and compliance, in a role that blends advisory, regulatory and corporate transactional work.

The position offers Surrey-based hybrid working, with a salary of £60,000 to £80,000. You will join a highly regarded specialist team and develop your pensions career in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• England & Wales qualified solicitor with 1–3 PQE and pensions experience/exposure.
• Strong technical, drafting and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Genuine interest in developing a career within pensions law in a specialist team.

Responsibilities

• Advise trustees and employers on pensions and life assurance matters, including governance, benefits and compliance.
• Support on corporate transactions, including pensions due diligence and related documentation.
• Draft and review scheme documentation, member communications and legal advice.
• Undertake research and advise on legislative and regulatory developments.
