Job summary

Saltus is seeking a Pensions Administrator for a fixed-term contract until May 2027, based in Whiteley with hybrid working. The role focuses on supporting pension service administration, setting up plans, processing contributions, and handling transfers and withdrawals with precise, customer-focused service.

You will work across teams to improve processes, maintain data accuracy, and deliver excellent client experiences while upholding Saltus culture and professional standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a Financial Services environment.
• Excellent communicator who is down to earth and can work well in a team.

• Process withdrawals and manage related communications with customers.
