Job summary

Ashe Consulting is seeking a Pension Administrator to join the pensions administration team handling Defined Benefit (DB) schemes. The role involves processing a wide range of routine and non-routine documentation within defined procedures and resolving customer enquiries.

You will draft non-standard correspondence, input customer details, and collate/analyze data to support DB pension schemes. Experience in occupational pensions and a background in consulting/TPA is desirable.

Qualifications

• Recent experience in occupational pension schemes.
• Experience in a consulting/TPA background preferred.
• Progress through pensions industry qualifications like QPA or APE would be beneficial.
• Ability to draft and respond to complex correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Process routine and non-routine pension documentation within defined procedures.
• Resolve customer enquiries related to pension administration.
• Draft non-standard correspondence in response to enquiries.
• Input customer details and maintain accurate records.
