A financial services organization is seeking Customer Service Representatives to join their Pension Administration Team in Liverpool. This fully onsite role involves supporting clients with inbound telephony-based customer inquiries. Ideal candidates will have prior call centre experience, excellent customer service skills, and strong communication abilities.
