Join us as a Pension and Benefits Lead at our Farnborough site where you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in partnership with some of the most brilliant minds.
As a Pensions & Benefits Lead you will be responsible for managing the principal non-cash components of the QinetiQ reward offering including DC pension UK flexible benefits along with representing the Company in managing the closed UK Defined Benefit pension scheme.
The role also is accountable for the management of the key suppliers supporting Global Mobility activity.
Day-to-day you’ll be an integral part of a busy and well-respected Total Reward Team supporting our People Function and interacting with HR leaders, key suppliers and stakeholders.

This role is full time (37 hours per week) based at our Farnborough site.
Occasional travel to other QinetiQ sites in the UK to support our People team meet with key stakeholders and understand how employee benefits matter to employees on the front line of our operations is an important part of this role.
