A leading healthcare provider in the UK seeks an experienced Nurse to lead transformational changes within the Peninsula Trauma Network. The role requires strong leadership, collaboration with stakeholders, and a commitment to improving patient care and quality. This is a part-time, fixed-term position offering a competitive salary.
We are seeking an experienced Nurse to lead transformational change across the Peninsula Major Trauma Network. The role focuses on improving patient care quality and experience, supporting education, training, innovation, and quality service improvement (QSI).
As part of a small network management team, you will provide nursing leadership across the Peninsula Trauma ODN, championing evidence-based standards and quality improvement across major trauma pathways. You will chair the Network Nursing & Rehabilitation Group and foster partnership working with key stakeholders to deliver system and network ambitions.
The Network office is based at University Hospitals Plymouth NHS Trust, but the post is open to qualified professionals across the Network. If based outside UHP, secondment arrangements will be agreed with your employing Trust.

As Network Lead Nurse, you will be part of a small dedicated network management team and you will provide nursing leadership across the Peninsula Trauma ODN, championing best practise and quality improvement across major trauma pathways. You will work closely with the Network Manager and Clinical Director to develop and deliver an annual work programme in collaboration with network stakeholders.
