Job summary

Bodyset is seeking a Physiotherapist to provide high-quality care to a self-pay and private medical insured caseload. You will triage, assess, diagnose, and treat clients, while building long-lasting relationships in a multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities include autonomous decision‑making, patient management, and developing external partnerships. The role emphasizes CPD and adherence to CSP/HCPC codes of conduct, with opportunities to expand clinical specialisms.

Qualifications

• BSc (hons) Physiotherapy degree required.
• Full registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
• Post graduate Women’s Health training (e.g., POGP) including incontinence management.
• Ability to work autonomously while following Bodyset’s clinical pathways.
• Evidence of continuing professional development (CPD).
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written English skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Triage, assess, diagnose, and treat a designated clinical caseload.
• Prescribe and plan effective treatments for lasting outcomes.
• Attract and retain clients with strong, consultative approach.
• Develop referral relationships with external partners (sports clubs, gyms, consultants).
• Provide well documented notes and reports as required.
• Support continuous clinic improvements and CPD involvement.
