Key Responsibilities: Stakeholder Engagement
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners and key business stakeholders based in the UK to define scope and business objectives.
  • Act as a bridge between business and technical teams to ensure alignment on requirements and deliverables.
Requirements Gathering & Documentation
  • Lead and execute requirement capture sessions with business teams.
  • Translate business needs into well‑defined specifications and requirement rules within the Pega platform.
  • Ensure all requirements are accurately documented and traceable.
Agile Delivery
  • Write detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Validate test scenarios and ensure they meet the definition of ready.
  • Review implemented stories and provide feedback for enhancements.
Continuous Collaboration
  • Conduct elaboration sessions and Show & Tell demos to stakeholders.
  • Liaise with business teams to clarify new requirements and ensure mutual understanding.
