A healthcare organization in Nuneaton is looking for a candidate with lived experience of receiving support from Early Intervention for Psychosis services. The role requires resilience and great communication skills to inspire hope and recovery in others while working alongside multidisciplinary teams. In this role the appointed candidate will take on further training such as PSW training and Care Certificate. Completion of the 2-day introduction to PSW via the Recovery and wellbeing Academy is extremely advantageous prior to interview. The PSW employed will be supported by the Senior PSW to safely navigate and thrive in the role. The PSW will also work alongside teams to help engage and deliver services and promote recovery. Your impact will be wide-reaching. As well as working alongside a multidisciplinary team, you'll work closely with the Recovery and Wellbeing Academy.
