Job description

In this role the appointed candidate will take on further training such as PSW training and Care Certificate. Completion of the 2-day introduction to PSW via the Recovery and wellbeing Academy is extremely advantageous prior to interview. The PSW employed will be supported by the Senior PSW to safely navigate and thrive in the role. The PSW will also work alongside teams to help engage and deliver services and promote recovery. Your impact will be wide-reaching. As well as working alongside a multidisciplinary team, you'll work closely with the Recovery and Wellbeing Academy. For more information on this role please see the attached supporting information. This will give you a better overview of the role and requirements.

This role is for someone with lived experience of receiving support from an Early Intervention for Psychosis service, who feels comfortable using their experiences to show empathy and understanding to help others and to inspire hope and recovery. As this role is within a community setting, we are looking for someone who has resilience, great communication skills and is willing to utilise and share their lived experiences to support others.
