A community mental health organization in Aylsham is looking for a Peer Support Worker to provide vital support to individuals accessing mental health services. Responsibilities include collaborating with Recovery Workers, facilitating peer support training, and helping users achieve personal goals. To succeed, candidates must have lived experience of mental health recovery and a passion for community support.

Hours: Part Time 26.25 hours per week
Work Pattern: Week 1: Wednesday / Thursday / Friday; Week 2: Monday / Tuesday / Saturday / Sunday
Salary: £24,640 per annum (pro rata for part‑time hours)
Location: REST Aylsham - NR11 6LW
Training: Mandatory training for this role takes place in Norwich, training sessions run from 9am – 5pm and run over 4 separate dates.

Collaborate with Recovery Workers and facilitators to deliver group and one‑on‑one interventions focused on recovery and independent living. Share your personal recovery journey in a professional and appropriate manner. Empower individuals to take control of their own recovery through diverse interventions and opportunities.
