Job summary

A non-profit organization in Camden Town is seeking an experienced educator to lead peer mediation training for adults and children. Job description

We are looking for an experienced educator who can train mainly adults, but also children, in peer mediation. The role involves supporting the infrastructure and development of peer‑mediation practice across Britain, and helping update, develop and promote our peace education resources.

  • Deliver high quality Peer Mediation Train the Trainer courses
  • Develop opportunities for children and young people to gain accreditation for their work as Peer Mediators
  • Support the development and sharing of high‑quality Peer Mediation resources
  • Support the development and sharing of other high‑quality peace education resources

Salary and Contract Details
Salary: £28,476.80 (£35,596 pro‑rata 0.8 FTE). London‑based employees will receive an additional London Weighting Allowance of £6,500 from January 2026. Contract: Fixed‑term contract for one year from January 2026 until January 2027. Hours: Part‑time, up to 28 hours per week. This is a four‑day post.
