Job summary

Circle Health Group, Hampshire Clinic, is seeking a Registered Children's Nurse to join the Nursing team. This full-time role is 37.5 hours per week with a flexible shift pattern and a salary up to £36,000 per year depending on experience and qualifications.

You will deliver paediatric nursing care, work with families, coordinate with medical teams, and participate in safeguarding and MDT meetings to ensure safe, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (Children/Paediatrics) with valid NMC registration.
• Experience delivering nursing care to children and young people in hospital or community settings.
• Strong communication and family liaison skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver age-appropriate, evidence-based nursing care for children across settings.
• Monitor and respond to changes in condition; escalate concerns as needed.
• Provide information, reassurance and emotional support to families.
• Involve parents in care planning and discharge preparation.
• Collaborate with medical teams and safeguarding leads for coordinated care.
• Contribute to handovers, case reviews and MDT meetings.
